Job Title: Registered Nurse – Psych
Location: 221 Stewarts Ferry Pike, Nashville, TN 37214
Shift: Day/Night Shift – 6:30 AM to 7:30 PM or 6:30 PM to 7:30 AM

SCHEDULES:

  • Rotation: 4-on/3-off or 3-on/4-off
  • Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday
  • Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday & Thursday
  • Rotation may be reversed based on scheduling needs.
  • No special schedules available
  • Candidates must be flexible to work all units

No special schedules. No time off requests first 60 days.

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time night shift opportunity in Nashville, TN. Under general supervision, the RN will be responsible for delivering quality patient care across a wide range of clinical situations and performing nursing duties of moderate complexity.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care in accordance with physician orders and established nursing protocols
  • Administer medications and monitor for effectiveness and side effects
  • Evaluate patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes
  • Perform BLS, CPR, and participate in emergency response situations
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Tennessee or Compact (NLC) license
  • Minimum 1 year of RN experience OR
    • Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution OR
    • Diploma in Nursing from an accredited school
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
  • Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills
