Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Job Description
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for an outpatient phone triage role. The nurse will support patient care through telephone assessment, clinical communication, and coordination of care.
Requirements
- Active RN license
- BSN required
- Minimum 18 months of RN experience
- Epic experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient assessment skills
- Must complete required PennChart training before starting
- MS Teams interview
TRAINING:
HIPAA Module (15 minutes)
4 Hour Penn-chart training for RN s - held on Wednesdays from 8a-1p. MUST be completed prior to start
4-DAY PennChart Scheduling training.- ONSITE - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9am-5pm. Must pass test at the end of training. Retakes are available if unable to pass the first time around.
