    Registered Nurse – NICU travel assignment in Cumming, Georgia. Start date 10/26/2026 for a 13-week engagement. Weekly pay between $1,684 and $1,776 with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift: 12-hour nights on a 12x3 schedule. No local candidates within 50 miles.     Responsibilities
    - Provide direct neonatal nursing care to NICU patients, including monitoring vitals, respiratory support, IV therapy, feeds, and growth assessments
    - Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
    - Document patient status and interventions accurately in electronic health records per unit policy
    - Respond to clinical alarms and emergencies promptly, following NICU protocols and best-practice guidelines
    - Support families with education and inclusion in care decisions, while maintaining strict infection control and patient safety standards

    Requirements
    - Minimum 2 years of recent NICU nursing experience
    - BLS certification from the American Heart Association required; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
    - Current RN license to practice in Georgia or eligibility to obtain licensure for practice in Georgia
    - Ability to work 12-hour night shifts on a 12x3 schedule (7:00 PM–7:30 AM)
    - Assignment length of 13 weeks with the stated start date
