Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit position requiring NRP certification and at least 2 years of NICU experience.

Details

  • Neonatal Intensive Care Unit setting within a hospital
  • 12-hour day shifts, 3 shifts per week, scheduled 7a-7p with varying times
  • 13-week assignment length
  • No on-call requirements

Requirements

  • Active RN license (GA or Compact) currently in hand
  • Current certifications: AHA BLS and NRP
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience within the NICU specialty required

Additional Information

  • Must work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
  • Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be considered
  • Returning perm staff must have a 2-year break before returning as a non-local traveler
  • RTO must be requested upfront and cannot be requested after an offer is made
