EPIC charting experience required. First-time travel nurses accepted. Orientation: 38 hours. Local candidates within a 75-mile radius are not accepted. Compliance and credentialing processes will follow site policies.

    Responsibilities
    - Provide direct nursing care to adult medical-surgical and oncology patients on the CHNE 4 unit
    - Administer chemotherapy with monitoring, manage ports, telemetry monitoring, IV starts/maintenance, PCA administration
    - Recognize and respond to dysrhythmias; implement isolation precautions; participate in rapid response/Code Team as needed
    - Monitor patient status, adjust care plans, and coordinate with interdisciplinary team; support patient and family education; assist with discharge planning
    - Document accurately in EPIC; ensure accurate charting of assessments, medications, and treatments; maintain patient safety and quality standards

    Requirements
    - Licensure: Active RN license; pending license accepted per site policy
    - Experience: Minimum 2 years RN experience; first-time travel nurses accepted
    - Certifications: BLS (BCLS), NIHSS, Fire safety required
    - Skills: EPIC experience required; chemo administration and monitoring, port access/management, telemetry, IV start/maintenance, PCA, dysrhythmia recognition, isolation precautions, rapid response/code participation
    - Scheduling: Able to work nights; float within scope/service line as needed
    - Locality: Local candidates within a 75-mile radius are not accepted
