Registered Nurse - Med Surg in Glendale, California. This travel assignment starts on 10/12/2026 for 13 weeks, with guaranteed 36 hours per week on a 3×12-hour day shift (7:00 AM–7:30 PM). Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care for a patient or assigned group of patients on Med/Surg units using the nursing process
- Administer medications, monitor patient status, document clinical data, and respond to changes in condition
- Develop and implement individualized care plans; coordinate care with physicians, case managers, and other disciplines
- Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff at varying levels; ensure patient safety and a healing environment
- Participate in discharge planning and provide education to patients and families
- Collaborate with care team to promote safe, efficient, and high-quality patient outcomes; maintain accurate Epic EMR documentation

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice (California)
- BLS/CPR certification from an approved vendor
- Minimum two years of recent acute Med-Surg experience
- Epic EMR experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Ability to float between Med-Surg and Telemetry units
