Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care, coordination, and patient education to the Stem Cell Transplant and Cellular Therapy patient population
- Administer chemotherapy, blood products, donor leukocytes, and CAR-T product infusions
- Monitor infusion patients, respond to adverse reactions, and use telemetry as indicated
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective care and accurate documentation
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans, potential side effects, and post-infusion care

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in New York
- Hematology/Oncology experience required (minimum 2 years)
- Oncology Certification (ONC) required
- BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Telemetry experience; recent acute care experience required
