    Registered Nurse - ICU (Travel) in Austell, Georgia. Start date 10/19/2026 for a 13-week assignment in a hospital ICU setting. Weekly pay range: $1,655 to $1,752.     Responsibilities
    - Provide direct patient care for critically ill patients in the ICU, delivering safe, evidence-based nursing.
    - Monitor, assess, document patient status; respond rapidly to changes in condition; interpret arterial blood gases, hemodynamic data, and other critical metrics.
    - Administer medications, manage IV therapy, and operate or supervise complex equipment (e.g., ventilators, infusion pumps) per protocol.
    - Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, social workers) to develop and implement individualized care plans.
    - Communicate effectively with patients and families, provide education on care plans, and participate in discharge planning and continuity of care.

    Requirements
    - Active Registered Nurse license in Georgia
    - ICU/critical care experience preferred
    - Ability to work Nights, 12-hour shifts in a high-acuity ICU environment
    - Demonstrated ability to follow evidence-based practice and maintain patient safety and quality standards
    - Willingness to participate in a 13-week travel assignment and adapt to a fast-paced care setting
