    Responsibilities
    - Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
    - Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.
    - Monitor patient status during dialysis, assess vital signs, administer medications as prescribed, and document patient responses.
    - Manage vascular access as appropriate to dialysis treatment and operate dialysis equipment following established protocols.
    - Collaborate with the nephrology team, dietitians, social workers, and other members of the care team to plan and implement patient-centered care and provide patient education about dialysis care and treatment.

    Requirements
    - Active Registered Nurse license in California
    - Current BLS certification
    - Ability to work 4x10-hour day shifts in a hospital dialysis setting
    - Dialysis nursing experience or recent acute care nursing experience preferred
    - Willingness to participate in a 13-week travel assignment in Saint Helena, CA
