Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Clinical Nurse Manager to provide clinical and operational leadership across assigned regions. This role is responsible for driving clinical excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining client and employee satisfaction, and supporting sustainable program growth.

The Regional Clinical Nurse Manager will lead and mentor clinical leaders, oversee operational performance, and partner with Business Development and Marketing teams to expand community presence and increase brand awareness. This position plays a critical role in ensuring high-quality patient care while fostering a collaborative and positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical and Operational Leadership

  • Oversee processes and procedures related to program regulations, client retention, and program growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, quality standards, and organizational policies.
  • Manage and monitor budgets within assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Align client growth initiatives with staffing capacity and proactively develop workforce plans to support service delivery.
  • Act as the healthcare delivery liaison between Business Development, Care Access, and key business partners.
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational leadership to improve efficiency and ensure alignment with organizational standards.
  • Review compliance metrics and reports regularly to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action plans.
  • Partner with executive leadership, including the COO, to develop and implement best practices that promote regulatory compliance and clinical excellence.
  • Stay informed of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and implement necessary changes accordingly.

Leadership and Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop Regional Managers and other clinical leaders.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of operational processes and organizational initiatives across all assigned regions.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities for direct reports.
  • Foster a positive and accountable team culture through clear expectations, comprehensive training, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure timely completion of evaluations, coaching sessions, and performance management activities in accordance with company standards.
  • Identify succession planning and professional growth opportunities for team members.

Performance and Growth

  • Analyze key performance indicators, including:
    • Staffing utilization
    • Client satisfaction
    • Client retention
    • Employee retention
    • Operational performance metrics
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve quality of care and operational effectiveness.
  • Promote a culture centered on exceptional customer service and clinical excellence.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the organization's mission, vision, and values.
  • Demonstrate genuine compassion and commitment to the communities served.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Nursing, or a related field.
  • Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of direct clinical patient care experience.
  • Experience supervising, coaching, developing, and managing staff performance.
  • Strong leadership experience managing multiple teams and locations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and in the field as needed.
  • Ability to travel throughout assigned regions.

Preferred

  • Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving operational improvements.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

  • Work in a professional office environment with fluctuating temperatures and close interaction with others.
  • Perform prolonged computer work using a monitor, keyboard, and mouse.
  • Lift, carry, push, and pull equipment and supplies weighing up to 35 pounds.
  • Frequently sit for extended periods (75% or more of the workday).
  • Walk, stand, and navigate stairs as needed.
  • Maintain visual acuity and manual dexterity to operate office and clinical equipment.
