Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Emergency Room RN for a fast-paced ED requiring TNCC and CPI certifications along with an evening/overnight shift schedule.

Details

• Work in the Emergency Room department of a hospital setting
• Shift runs from 1:00 PM to 1:00 AM

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications, with none expiring within the first 30 days of assignment start
• TNCC certification required for ER placement
• CPI certification required for all ER units
• NIH Stroke Certification required for ED RNs
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in the Emergency Room specialty
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration (Canadian SSNs not accepted)
• One professional reference required

Additional Information

• Provide emergency department nursing care as part of a rapid response team
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible; local candidates will not be considered
