Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 31-bed Emergency Department serving all age populations, including behavioral health and acute patients
• Maintain a 1:4 patient ratio, with flexibility during high-volume periods, admit holds, or when a patient requires immediate care
• Utilize MedHost (ED) as the primary EHR, with Meditech used for admit holds and behavioral health patients
• Float to other areas of the department as needed
• Collaborate as part of a professional, compassionate, and team-oriented care environment

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Minimum 5 years of Emergency Department experience required; candidates with combined ICU and ED experience will also be considered
• Required certifications prior to start: ACLS, BLS, NIH, and PALS or ENPC
• Handle with Care certification (available on-site)
• Must consent to random drug screening and complete a Criminal Questionnaire/Consent Form prior to placement
• Must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for travel rates

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Extensive Emergency Room experience beyond the minimum requirement
• Experience with MedHost and/or Meditech EHR systems
• Professional, positive, and compassionate demeanor with strong team-player qualities
