Job Summary
Radiologic Technologist (X-ray Technologist) in a healthcare facility. This position involves performing radiographic procedures in a fast-paced environment, ensuring radiation safety, and operating various radiographic equipment. The role requires adherence to all safety protocols and proficiency in different imaging modalities to support patient care.
Job Details
- Schedule: Days shift with an average of 3 days of call per month, totaling 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of independent experience as a radiologic technologist, demonstrated proficiency in operating all radiographic equipment including digital radiography (DR) fixed equipment, fluoroscopy, C-arms, and portable digital radiography. Current Hawaii radiologic technologist license, ARRT certification, and BLS certification required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Epic Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Philips digital radiography systems, Philips C-arms, OEC C-arms, and Konica digital radiography equipment is preferred.
- Additional Information: Candidate must arrive on the island the Thursday prior to the start date for employee health appointments. No guarantee of hours or time requested off.
