Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Every other weekend and holidays required in rotation
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care within an Interventional Radiology department at a 340-bed acute care facility
- Assist with interventional radiology procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate pre- and post-procedure patient care
- Monitor and document patient status, vital signs, and responses to procedures
- Adhere to facility policies, including scheduling requirements for weekend and holiday rotations
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Florida or a compact state license
- Minimum of 1 year of Interventional Radiology nursing experience
- Current BLS certification required
- Ability to commit to a 13-week travel contract beginning September 2026
- Willingness to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with permanent staff
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience in a radiology or procedural setting
- Familiarity with radiology-specific documentation and electronic health record systems
- Experience working in a high-volume acute care hospital environment
