BLS
Graduate of Accrediated Radiology Technology program
Current ARRT (in relevant modality)
Current Oregon license or recent graduate of approved program and holds a valid temporary Oregon permit previous to taking ARRT registry. Registry must be obtained within a resonable time period, not to exceed one year (in relevant modality)
Image Wisely pledge certificate or must obtain within 30 days of hire date and annually by January 30th thereafter
Image Gently pledge certificate or must obtain within 30 days of hire date and annually by January 30th thereafter
Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
