Key Responsibilities
- Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients in accordance with physician-prescribed treatment plans
- Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment safely and accurately
- Monitor patients during treatment and document responses and observations
- Collaborate with the oncology care team to ensure quality patient care and treatment accuracy
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation in compliance with departmental standards
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of Radiation Therapy experience
- Active Kansas Radiation Therapist license (RADTHER-KS) required
- ARRT(T) certification required
- At least 1 professional reference from work history required
- All credentialing documentation must be submitted and approved prior to start date
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a travel therapy or multi-site clinical setting
- Familiarity with oncology department workflows and electronic health record systems
