Key Responsibilities

• Deliver prescribed radiation therapy treatments safely and accurately, following physician orders and established treatment protocols
• Perform patient verification and treatment safety checks, including identity confirmation, imaging verification, and treatment timeouts
• Acquire and evaluate treatment imaging (KV, MV, CBCT) to ensure accurate patient positioning and treatment delivery
• Review treatment plans and perform patient chart checks to identify discrepancies, maintain accuracy, and prevent treatment errors
• Provide patient-centered care and education while collaborating with Radiation Oncologists and the multidisciplinary team to coordinate treatment and ensure positive patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• ARRT R(T) certification required
• Active Ohio state radiation therapy license required
• BLS certification required
• Associate of Applied Science in Radiation Therapy
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in radiation therapy
• Minimum 1 year of travel experience
• EMR experience required: EPIC and/or ARIA

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with CBCT, KV, and MV imaging modalities in a clinical radiation oncology setting
• Familiarity with multidisciplinary oncology team collaboration and treatment coordination
