Job Summary:
Radiation Therapist in a healthcare setting. This position involves administering radiation treatments as part of a highly collaborative team utilizing advanced equipment such as Accuray CyberKnife, Varian TrueBeam, Elekta Infinities, and High Dose Rate (HDR) suite. The role requires adherence to established clinical protocols and delivering exceptional patient care within a fast-paced environment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) and ARRT (Radiation Therapy) certification; current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; completion of an American Medical Association (AMA) approved Radiation Therapy program; California State certification for radiologic technologists
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with advanced radiation therapy equipment is advantageous
- Additional Information: Candidates will work closely with a collaborative team providing advanced radiation treatment to patients. Submission requires completion of a professional profile, two professional references, and the skills checklist specific to this role.
