Job Summary:
Radiation Therapist position available in the oncology department located within the region. This role involves providing radiation therapy treatments, following established protocols, and ensuring patient safety and comfort. The assignment offers an opportunity to work with advanced imaging and treatment planning software in a clinical setting.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Day shift (8:00 am 4:30 pm), 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: NY license in hand, one year of radiation experience, graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology, registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, current BCLS certification, knowledge of general anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology, all registries and licenses maintained as per state and federal law
  • Preferred Qualifications: Specific experience and training in Radiology, experience with Varian TrueBeam and IX, and Aria software
  • Additional Information: The facility maintains a 100-mile radius rule for travel assignments. The contractual period is 13 weeks, starting on 10/01/2026 and ending on 12/30/2026.
