Description

Job Title: Clienttion Therapist Profession: Allied Health Specialty: Clienttion Oncology Duration: LOA Coverage Shift: Monday to Friday Hours per Shift: 40 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Clienttion Therapy role preferred License: Licensed by the Department of Health Services as a Radiologic Technologist (Therapeutic) Certifications: Licensed by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist in Clienttion Therapy Must-Have: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification approved by the American Heart Association Description: Under the direction of the Clienttion Oncology Manager, the Clienttion Therapist performs localizing tumors. The Clienttion Therapist participates in treatment planning and delivers high doses of ionizing radiation treatment to patients. All activities are performed in accordance with the prescription and instructions from Clienttion Oncologists. The Clienttion Therapist displays and practices a work style that reflects the mission, vision, and values of the department and organization. The role includes participation in the continuous quality improvement process. Maintaining a working knowledge of departmental standard operating procedures is essential. This includes specialized instrumentation, quality control requirements, and preventive maintenance. Excellent communication skills are necessary, along with a customer-focused attitude. Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines are required. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment are critical. Proven customer service skills, including the ability to analyze and identify root causes of problems and provide practical solutions, are necessary. Computer skills required include proficiency in Microsoft Office and Clienttion Oncology EMR. Proficient use of CT simulation techniques is essential.
