Job Summary:
Radiation Therapist in Duluth, Minnesota. This is an 8-week contract position scheduled for 8-hour days from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with alternating start times. The role involves working in a Radiation Oncology department utilizing a Varian TrueBeam and a Siemens Healthineers CT Simulator. The position requires a minimum of two years of experience and an associate degree or certificate. A radiation therapy (RT) certification (T) is required.

  • Schedule: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM, alternating start times

  • Required Qualifications: RT (T) certification, associate degree or certificate, minimum of 2 years of experience, and charting experience (Epic preferred)
  • Additional Information:
    • The Radiation Oncology department treats patients using a Varian TrueBeam and Siemens Healthineers CT Simulator.
    • One Radiation Oncologist is present at the clinic 90% of the time.
    • Scrub colors are optional with no specific color requirement.
    • The contract includes 36 hours of low census unbillable hours.
    • During flu season, travelers declining flu and COVID vaccinations must wear a mask at all times, as per organizational policy.
    • No holiday rotation is required.
    • The position does not require float rotation.
