Shift options are 5x8, from 07:00 to 15:30 or 07:30 to 16:00. Any types of cases are required or preferred. On-call duties are not required. Weekend work is not required. Travelers will not float between service lines or sister facilities. First-time travelers are accepted. Experience with equipment or scanners is not required. Clienttion badge is required and must be provided by the agency. BLS certification is also required. There is an opportunity for block scheduling. Local candidates are accepted. All time-off requests must be included at the time of application. The facility may call off one shift per two weeks. This facility is a Level I Trauma Center, a teaching facility, and recognized as a Magnet Client. It has a total of 820 staffed beds. Preferred scrub color is blue, but any color is accepted. Charting is preferred to be done using Aria. The daily census is approximately 40 patients, with about 45 visits per day across 2 treatment rooms. Patient demographics include adults and geriatrics. All types of cancer diagnoses and treatments are included, excluding pediatrics. Experience with IMRT/VMAT, SBRT, and 3D is beneficial. Additional compliance requirements include completing all labs prior to the proposed start date. Travelers should be aware of the hurricane season, which runs from June through November. All candidates should ensure they meet compliance requirements in a timely manner.
