Administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments to patients in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment, ensuring accurate delivery of treatment
Monitor patients during treatment sessions and document responses and observations
Collaborate with the oncology care team to coordinate patient care and treatment planning
Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with regulatory and institutional standards
Required Qualifications
Current ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy (R.T.(T.) ARRT) required
Valid state licensure or eligibility to practice as a Radiation Therapist in Pennsylvania
Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy program
Current BLS/CPR certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a clinical or hospital-based radiation oncology setting
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and radiation oncology information systems
Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills
