HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel job in Modesto, California.
Job Description & Requirements
- Specialty: Physical Therapist

Shift/schedule requested: Mon-Fri (flexible on some occasions)
Daily point expectations: 7-8 points
Charting used: Perfect Notefield (will train)
Population: Primarily geriatric
Experience required: Prefers 1 year of PT experience - open to new grads and those without HH experience
Interview: phone interview
Locals accepted at same rate
Guaranteed hours: 40 per week
