Job Details:

  • Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, starting on 08/17/2026.
  • Required Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS). Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting. Education requirements include a valid nursing license, and the candidate must have at least 2+ years of clinical experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) and additional certifications such as Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
  • Float: Float to mixed acuity units only.
  • Additional Information: The unit provides orientation consisting of 24 hours over 3 days, including a 12-hour shift at the end of week one and a 12-hour shift at the start of week two. Candidates should be comfortable working with technology such as EMR systems, infusion pumps, and monitors. The unit culture is highly collaborative, patient-centered, and supportive, with a focus on oncology and post-operative care.
