Job Details
- Position Description: The position requires evaluating patient conditions, developing individualized care plans, executing nursing interventions, and documenting patient progress. The nurse will provide direct patient care based on physician orders and ensure communication across care teams to promote continuity and quality of care.
- Required Qualifications: Valid RN license in the state of practice, BLS certification; related experience in an acute care setting within the past 12 months; no minimum experience specified, but patients will be assessed for clinical performance competencies.
- Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Weekend and holiday rotation. Possible float to support units.
