Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice or a valid compact RN license. BLS certification is required. Experience in the clinical area for which the applicant is applying is desired. Must maintain clinical performance competencies appropriate to the area in which they work as demonstrated through annual validations.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred. Professional certification related to the specialty is preferred.
- Additional Information: This role involves direct patient care in a progressive care environment. The RN will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and executing care plans, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring comprehensive documentation. The position requires effective communication skills and the ability to respond quickly to patient needs using proper body mechanics and safety precautions.
