- Additional Information: Performs nursing assessments within 8 hours of patient admission to form individualized care plans. Ensures timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and patient responses. Initiates discharge planning from the day of admission and provides patient education to support discharge processes. Communicates effectively among care team members to support continuity of care and patient safety. Supervises ancillary staff, delegates tasks appropriately, and ensures safety standards are maintained. Participates in team activities to foster a positive work environment. Maintains communication with management regarding supplies, equipment, and training needs. Assumes charge responsibilities following orientation. Committed to ongoing professional development and effective time and staff management.
