- Required Qualifications: Licensure as a Registered Nurse in North Dakota or a Compact State; Current BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications; Minimum of 2 years inpatient acute care experience in a larger hospital; recent travel experience preferred; Epic EMR experience required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Recent travel assignments, three completed assignments, Epic experience.
- Responsibilities: Perform daily patient rounds, develop and execute individualized nursing care plans, monitor patient conditions, respond to deteriorating situations, document accurately, initiate discharge planning, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
- Additional Information: The role requires assessing and responding to early warning signs of patient deterioration, performing emergency procedures when necessary, and facilitating patient education and discharge planning.
