The role requires a dedicated RN to support patient assessments, care planning, and safety initiatives within a 13-week assignment.
Job Details

- Certifications: BLS Certification required prior to first shift; ACLS required prior to first shift (CIRH only) Education: Registered Nurse license Experience: 0 years minimum Location: en_US
- Performs nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission and develops individualized care plans.
- Provides patient education and ongoing updates for team conferences and documentation in accordance with policy.
- Participates in patient rehabilitation programs, ensuring priority on education and discharge planning from the day of admission.
- Communicates patient status changes effectively to ensure continuity of care.
- Supervises ancillary nursing staff, delegates appropriately, and contributes positively to teamwork and unit morale.
- Ensures personal and environmental safety following hospital and nursing policies.
- Maintains supplies, monitors charges, and provides cost-effective care to promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Assumes charge responsibility after orientation as requested and actively pursues professional growth.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
