Job Details:

  • Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, completion of the Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Chemotherapy and Biotherapy course, experience in healthcare for at least 1 year, and current certification or eligibility to administer chemotherapy.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in oncology or progressive care units, familiarity with unit-specific protocols and procedures for chemotherapy administration.
  • Float: Float rotation may be required.
  • Additional Information: Candidates must complete a unit-based oncology course and orientation before administering non-vesicant chemotherapy on the unit. Active chemotherapy infusion patients are generally not assigned unless course or certification requirements are met. All candidates should have professional profile updated accordingly for submission.
