Job Details
- Certifications: BLS Certification required prior to first shift; ACLS required prior to first shift (CIRH only)

- Provides direction and supervision to ancillary nursing personnel, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
- Actively engages in professional development through continuing education and self-study.
- Assumes charge responsibilities following orientation, with ability to prioritize and organize effectively.
- Performs other duties as requested.
- Uses problem-solving techniques for organizing, setting priorities, and delegating appropriately.
