Job Summary
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) position in the Nephrology unit at a healthcare facility located in Farmington, New Mexico. This role involves providing specialized care for geriatric and adult patients, including those undergoing treatments such as End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD), Peritoneal Dialysis, and Hemodialysis.
Job Details

- Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid BLS certification (must be AHA), minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg experience, ADN degree or higher.
- Additional Information: Must have experience in Med/Surg settings. Charge nurse experience is preferred but not required. Nephrology experience is also preferred.
- Unit Information: 24 beds, patient ratios of 1:4 or 1:6, equipped with VS machine, Bladder Scanner, Lifts, Thermal Imaging, IV pumps/tubes, and uses Cerner EHR.
- Position Notes: Observation Unit experience is a plus. Must have at least a 3.2 overall rating on skills checklist.
