Job Summary
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) registered nurse positions are available at the organizations facility. These roles involve providing leadership in coordinating and delivering compassionate patient care within a fast-paced environment. The selected candidates will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensure effective communication with the healthcare team, and participate in finding solutions for patient care variances.
Job Details
- Position: Registered Nurse Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Location: Various
- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing, graduation from an accredited school of nursing, 2+ years recent experience as a PCU/Stepdown/Telemetry RN, experience in medication drips, ACLS and BLS from AHA in hand.
- Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Responsibilities include providing professional nursing services, clinical assessment, patient education, and effective communication with patients, families, and hospital personnel.

- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Submission Requirements: Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate clinical knowledge, analytical abilities, and proficiency in nursing care planning.
