Job Title: RN- Progressive Care/Telemetry - Registry

Location: New Jersey

Job Summary: The RN in Progressive Care/Telemetry is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients based on their developmental, biophysical, psychosocial, and environmental needs. This includes collecting health history data, completing admission assessments, creating individualized care plans, and updating them as patient status changes. The RN will document patient responses to interventions, medications, and treatments accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Patient education and discharge planning are initiated at admission and carried out throughout the hospital stay. The RN will also manage telemetry monitoring, interpret cardiac rhythms, and administer high-risk intravenous cardiac drugs.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid NJ RN License
• BLS Certification
• ACLS Certification
• Basic dysrhythmia experience
• 1-2 years of experience in Cardiac/Telemetry
• 1-2 years of experience in Acute Care

Preferred Qualifications:

• PCCN Certification
• BSN or enrollment in a BSN program
