Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Progressive Care float pool position requiring NIHSS certification and prior travel experience.

Details

  • Float pool role covering multiple departments based on patient location and care needs
  • Oriented to all in-patient units, including the Emergency Department and Women's and Children Health Unit
  • 1:1 patient ratios
  • 12-hour shifts with D/N rotation
  • 36 hours per week

Requirements

  • Active NH RN License or Compact License (proof of state residency required)
  • Current BLS certification
  • NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required prior to consideration
  • Cardizem and Amiodarone drip experience required
  • Minimum of 1.5 years of recent equivalent experience
  • Recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma experience within the last 2 years
  • Prior travel nursing experience required

Additional Information

  • Must reside outside a 75-mile radius of the facility to be eligible
  • First-time travelers will not be considered for this role
