Collaborate closely with the supervising PT to communicate patient status, assist with ongoing assessments and plan of care implementation, educate patients and caregivers on safe mobility and therapeutic exercises, and maintain timely, compliant documentation in Homecare Homebase (HCHB) across the assigned care center coverage area. Key Responsibilities: Provide skilled home health physical therapy treatments under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist (PT), implement individualized exercise and treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and document all visits accurately while meeting a productivity expectation of 30 points per week .

Pride Health is actively hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our client's growing Home Health team.

Compensation:
Local Pay: $38.00 - $44.00/hour (W-2)
Travel Pay Package: Up to $2,000/week gross (includes weekly non-taxable stipend)*
Location: Morgan City, LA, 70380
Schedule details (hours per day/week): 8 hrs/ day; 40 hrs/ week
Productivity expectations: 30
On Call/Weekend Requirement: If available/ if need arises

Coverage Areas: Entire Care Center coverage area

Shift schedule (days, start & end times): 8am -4:30 pm

Will Milage be reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient (Y/N)? Y

Key Responsibilities:

Must have qualifications/experience: Previous HH and HCHB experience

What skills/attributes are nice to have, and will set a candidate apart? Prior use of HCHB

Type of certification required: PTA license

Dress code/scrub color: Preferred color is Navy, but as long as scrubs are clean and professional looking ok.
