Salary: $40.00 USD Hourly - $42.00 USD Hourly
Description: Our client is currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support home health services across Multnomah and Clackamas counties. In this role, you will provide high-quality rehabilitative care through patient visits, working closely with physical therapists and care teams to support patient recovery and mobility.
This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Perform subsequent patient visits under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement and support individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and functionality
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety techniques, and mobility practices
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
• Travel between patient homes within assigned coverage areas
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Active Oregon Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license
• Prior home health (HH) experience required
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
