Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of nursing experience preferred
• Mother/Baby, Postpartum, or Mom/Baby nursing experience strongly preferred
• Ability to provide compassionate maternal and newborn care
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and maintain reliable attendance

• Provide high-quality nursing care to postpartum patients and newborns
• Monitor maternal recovery and infant wellness following delivery
• Support patient education on newborn care, recovery, and discharge readiness
