Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Pediatric ICU position requiring 5 years of dedicated PICU experience with cardiac background.

Details

• Work in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) of a hospital setting
• Care for pediatric patients including those with cardiac conditions
• 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• 13-week assignment length
• Uses EPIC EMR system

Requirements

• Active RN license in California required at time of consideration
• Current BLS and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required
• Minimum 5 years of straight PICU experience (non-floating) with cardiac experience required
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred
• Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide critical care nursing to pediatric ICU patients
• Local candidates accepted at the same rate as travel candidates
