Join a leading acute-care hospital as a dedicated PICU Registered Nurse in New Haven, CT. This contract position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on pediatric critical care. We are looking for skilled RNs who are ready to make a difference in the lives of children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in the PICU.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Float to various pediatric units as needed, including Pediatric ED, NNICU, and inpatient departments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting using Epic.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of PICU nursing experience required.
• Current PALS and BLS certifications are mandatory.
• Experience in cardiac critical care, CRRT, and ECMO certifications preferred.
• Must be willing to float to other pediatric units within the scope of practice.
• Pending licenses are accepted.
