Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide care for pediatric patients in the PICU with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2.
  • Float between ICUs at Arthur M. Blank Hospital and Scottish Rite as needed.
  • Administer typical ICU medications and vasopressors confidently.
  • Utilize Servo ventilators and respond to Rapid Response Team (RRT) alerts.
  • Maintain flexibility to float to general care areas if ICU demand is low.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, including holiday and weekend rotations.

Qualifications

  • Active Georgia or compact RN license required at the time of application.
  • Minimum of 2 years of pediatric ICU or pediatric CICU experience preferred.
  • BLS and PALS (AHA only) certification required.
  • Experience in Level I trauma facilities is mandatory.
  • Epic EMR experience preferred.
  • Availability for every other weekend and holiday rotation as required.
