Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Pediatric ICU position requiring 2+ years of PICU experience and prior travel assignment history.

Details

  • Work in the Pediatric ICU (PICU) of a hospital setting
  • Rotating shift schedule with a 50/50 mix of day (7:00-19:00) and night (19:00-7:30) 12-hour shifts, or straight nights
  • Every other weekend required
  • Float required as needed to other ICUs including MICU, NICU, and CICU
  • Willingness to work winter holidays required

Requirements

  • Active RN license (MA)
  • Current certifications: BLS and PALS (AHA only)
  • Minimum 2 years of PICU RN experience required
  • Recent ICU experience in a high-acuity critical care setting required
  • EPIC charting experience required
  • Prior travel nursing experience required

Additional Information

  • First-time travelers will not be considered for this role
  • Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are accepted at a local, lower rate
