Join a leading acute-care hospital in Boston, MA, as a PICU Registered Nurse. We are seeking dedicated professionals with a passion for pediatric critical care to provide exceptional patient care in our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. This is a contract position that offers competitive pay and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Float to other ICUs as needed, including MICU, NICU, and CICU.
• Participate in weekend rotations and be available for winter holidays.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a PICU RN required.
• Recent ICU experience in a high-acuity critical care setting is essential.
• EPIC experience required.
• Certifications: PALS and BLS (AHA ONLY).
• Must be willing to work a 50/50 rotation between night and day shifts.
• Local candidates accepted; rate differential available within 50 miles of the facility.
