Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care to a 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio in a 16-bed PICU
  • Float to NICU, Pediatric Med-Surg, and ED as needed
  • Ensure compliance with holiday work requirements and no more than 4 days of RTO
  • Participate in general hospital and unit orientations
  • Utilize EPIC Peds Connect for documentation
  • Perform unit-based competencies and medication testing

Qualifications

  • BSN Required
  • Minimum 2 years of PICU experience required with previous travel experience
  • Active Colorado RN License or Compact RN License
  • BLS and PALS certifications required
  • Available to work 2 out of 3 major holidays within the assignment period
  • TNCC and ACLS certifications preferred
