Education Requirements: Valid state license (compact license accepted)
Experience: At least 1 year of PICU experience required; minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
Schedule Flexibility: Self-scheduling, work 3 consecutive shifts or split shifts, variable weekend shifts
Float: Float rotation may be required to Pediatric Medicine/Surgical and NICU units
Patient Ratios: 1:2 in the PICU setting
