Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatment to patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans and document patient progress accurately
• Assist in assessing patient functional abilities and adjusting interventions as appropriate
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients throughout care delivery
• Present a valid state or federal issued photo ID upon arrival and wear a photo badge at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing capacity
• Strong documentation and communication skills
