Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 36 Guaranteed Hours per Week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistant services to home health patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Implement and carry out established treatment plans in a home health setting
- Document patient progress and clinical notes accurately using EPIC EMR
- Adhere to facility dress code and all applicable home health policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Active Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (LPTA) license – Virginia or Compact License required
- Minimum 2 years of Home Health LPTA experience
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR
- BLS certification (American Heart Association only)
- Valid Driver's License required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel therapy experience in a home health setting
- Familiarity with home care documentation and compliance standards
