Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy or physical therapy assistant services to patients in accordance with established care plans
- Assist in evaluating patient progress and adjusting treatment approaches as appropriate
- Document patient treatments, progress notes, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients throughout all sessions
Required Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Physical Therapist (PT)
- Active state or federal issued photo identification required for facility access
- Ability to wear a visible photo badge at all times while on site
- Minimum guaranteed availability of 35 hours per week throughout the contract period
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation systems
