Key Responsibilities
- Deliver physical therapy or physical therapy assistant services to patients in a rehabilitation setting
- Implement and carry out individualized treatment plans under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist (for PTA role)
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment approaches as appropriate
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient recovery and functional goals
- Maintain valid state licensure and wear a photo ID badge at all times while on site
Required Qualifications
- Active NH state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Physical Therapist (PT)
- Must present a valid state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival at the facility
- Must wear a photo badge at all times while on site
- Ability to commit to a 15-week contract assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or long-term care setting
- Familiarity with documentation and electronic health record systems used in rehabilitation environments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills within a multidisciplinary care team
